How can I check the Google payment receipt number?

If you had a payment on Google Play Store, your order will be sent to registered Gmail.

you can check order date, payment method, product name, receipt number etc. at transferred mail.

In the case that you do not receive a payment mail or you delete the mail, you can check the order number (receipt number) after log-in Google wallet (http://wallet.google.com/).
