[Notice] FreeRunner Service Termination Guide

Good morning. We are Free runner.

The FreeRunner service will be closed on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

for all those who have been with FreeRunner so far. 

Please refer to the following for detailed schedule and refund information.  

 

[FreeRunner Service Termination and Refund Guide]

■ Close paid billing and Block app downloads

- Date: Wednesday, December 27, 2017.

- Inside the game, purchasing paid item and downloading app will be limited.

■ Game Service Termination

- Date: It will be closed on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

- You can feel free play FreeRunner until the end of the service period.

■ Refund Guide

- Refund Policy: remaining unused “Paid Goods” among the Bill, until December 28, 2017.

- The applications period for a refund: 2017. 12. 27 ~ 2018. 01. 30

■ Notes

- Exempted items, such as events and access rewards, are not for refund.

- With the game installed, you can apply for a smooth refund through [Customer Center]> [1: 1 inquiry].

- If the game is not installed, it will be difficult to request a refund after the download of the app is blocked. Please install and update the game before block the app download.

- Inquiries that have passed the refund application period cannot be processed. Please apply for your refund application in the period.
